How long do your cupcakes stay fresh?
Our cupcakes keep for 2-3 days, but for optimal enjoyment we recommend eating them the day you receive them.

How do I place an order?
Simply fill in the form on the Ordering page or phone 07837 693886.

How do I pay for my order?
Currently we only accept cheques (in advance) or cash - a 20% deposit will need to be taken for large orders (5 dozen or more).

What is the minimum order?
Our cupcakes are available in batches of 12 and we accept orders for 1 or more batches.

How large are your cupcakes?
Size varies by design but our cupcakes are approximately 50mm wide and 50mm high.

How far ahead do I need to order?
As soon as possible as we don't hold stock and this will allow us to book a slot for your order in our kitchen.

Can I order on the same day I need them?
Give us a call and we will see what we can do.

Can you do a special design/theme/colour?
Of course, let us know your requirements and we can design a custom Couture Cupcake just for you. Cost will vary depending on design.

Do you deliver?
We currently offer a collection only service from our premises in Leatherhead, Surrey.
